Chauffeured Stretch Limousine:
Standard Rates (fuel surcharge not included)
$360 + gratuity* for three hours
$99/hour + gratuity* for four to six hours
$89/hour + gratuity* for seven to twelve hours

Chauffeured SUV: (up to seven passengers)
“As Directed” Charter Rates (fuel surcharge not included)
$85/hour + gratuity* for up to three hours
$75/hour + gratuity* for more than three hours

* Our chauffeurs strive to provide the level of service commensurate with a minimum 20% gratuity. The gratuity should be presented to your chauffeur at the conclusion of the event either in cash or included in your credit card tab.

At Wild Horse Limousine we do offer one or two hour bookings in some instances. Prom, Valentine’s Day, New Year’s Eve and other high demand occasions require special arrangements with different minimums. Please call or email to inquire about your specific situation.

We are always glad to add special touches such as flowers, balloons, and chocolates for a special occasion. There may be an additional charge for providing these items.

Dinner Special
Sunday through Thursday, your professional chauffeur will whisk your party away to your chosen restaurant, wait on location and return you to your origination point in total safety and luxury. You pay $120 per hour for the driving time and $40 per hour for stand-by time, making this a most affordable way to treat yourself and your guests. There is a minimum charge of $160 which includes one hour drive time and one hour stand-by time, with a maximum of four hours total for this special.

Terms

Reservations
All engagements must be arranged ahead of time with a completed and signed Agreement To Hire outlining the time, place and circumstances of the engagement and a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your chosen date and time. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express as well as cash. Personal checks can be accepted up to one week before your event. We do not hold any dates until we receive your signed Agreement To Hire and your deposit. Payment in full is required by the time of service unless other arrangements are made at the time of reservation. A written receipt will be provided for each transaction.

Cancellation
If you cancel your reservation more than 24 hours before your event a 50% booking fee will be charged, or your deposit forfeited. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, the entire fare will be charged unless we are able to rebook the time. In the event of a rebooking, a 50% booking fee will be charged, or your deposit forfeited. Please remember, we are basing our availability to others upon our commitment to you and your special event.

Terms and Conditions
For your safety and comfort, we allow no standing or sitting on the roof or any exterior portion of the vehicle. There is no smoking permitted in any of our vehicles. Lessee is responsible for damages to vehicle caused by passengers or passengers’ behavior, loss of or breakage of contents. An additional fee of $150 shall be assessed for excessive clean-up. Any downtime due to damage, repairs or cleaning shall be at an additional cost determined by us. We are not responsible for any items left in our vehicles. We may terminate your trip at anytime without refund for misconduct or failure to comply with policies or instructions provided by your chauffeur. No one under 21 is permitted to consume alcohol in the vehicle. In case of mechanical difficulties or extreme weather hazard, either a replacement vehicle or a full refund will be offered. There are no refunds provided unless otherwise stated above. Your acceptance of our services consents to all terms and conditions of this agreement.

Any other damage will be estimated by a professional cleaning or repair service.
